Mary Katharine Gill has been described by her clients as detail-oriented, tenacious, an excellent communicator, and a pleasure to work with. She has built her business on the foundation of hard work, honesty, and providing the highest level of service to her clients while always looking out for their best interests. She is dedicated not only to a successful transaction but also to one that is enjoyable.
Most recently, Mary Katharine was hired to work with a University Park resident on a project they called, “From Renovation to Sold”. With her knowledge of the market, buyer expectations, and design trends, she worked as a general contractor, interior designer, and Real Estate Agent to update a 1934 Tudor for modern living. The finished home received multiple offers and closed significantly over the list price in just over two weeks.

As a Park Cities native and graduate of Highland Park High School, she has deep roots in Dallas and is committed to reinvesting in her community. Mary Katharine serves on several boards, including the HP Special Education Parent Advisory Committee, and is the current co-chair of the Mad for Plaid campaign for Highland Park ISD. In 2023, she was chosen by the Highland Park Board of Trustees to represent the district as they searched for a home for the incoming superintendent. Through her strong network of colleagues and friends, she found a home off-market and negotiated the best deal to ensure district funds were spent wisely and that the home would be a smart long-term investment for HPISD.
